check and update previously derived the latest version only from the AUR.
They now also consult the KavalirOS repository via the same releases.rss
feed used by add: check shows it as a column next to AUR, and update
prefers the KavalirOS release as the target version (handling the
"v<pkgver>" tag form), falling back to the AUR otherwise.

A KavalirOS package is published with a v<pkgver> release tag and pkgrel
is not part of that tag. check now renders the local and repo versions of
such packages as v<pkgver> (so an up-to-date package no longer shows a
spurious drift marker), and update treats a package as current when its
release tag equals v<pkgver>. AUR packages keep full pkgver-pkgrel
comparison.
