Updated README.md c4a3f2519a

Rename KavMan to kavman ... add2ca43f6

Lowercase all KavMan occurrences and rename the project/solution files
so the output binary is kavman, in preparation for packaging into the
Arch Linux repository. Covers the C# root namespace, build configs
(azure-pipeline, forgejo workflow, VSCode tasks/launch), runtime strings
(Serilog application name, startup banner, AUR user-agent), and docs.
